We will make our mum to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible we set the bed up with cushions and mum lays on her side while we pamper her. This massage will help reduce stress, relax and loosen the muscles, increase blood flow and improve the lymphatic system. It can also improve mood, lower anxiety and improve sleep.
